The City of Lowell was the center of attention in 2008 when the cast and crew of the Ricky Gervais romantic comedy "The Invention of Lying" came and filmed right here in the Mill City. Jennifer Garner, Rob Lowe, Tina Fey, Christopher Guest, and Ricky himself were all seen at various hot spots in downtown! Were YOU cast as an extra in the film or do you know someone who was? If so, come to The Old Court for this very special film screening -- see Lowell in all its glory and look for your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers who made it to the silver screen!
